DANONE NUTRICIA AFRICA & OVERS in SBU AFRICA is looking for a ELN Africa Financial Planning and Analysis Manager F/M Short Term Mission in Limonest (maternity leave, from January 2020 for 7 months)

Specifically, the Early Life Nutrition ( ELN) business is around 230 + ME, covering 40 countries in Africa and Overseas Territories with the support of 400 employees and partners. Africa ELN is a major player in the growth of the profits of SBU. It is also a major strategic pillar in terms of growth ambitions aimed at building the Danone project in Africa as well as living its mission by bringing health through food to as many people as possible.

ELN Africa (ELNA) is looking for the replacement of its FP&A Manager for a Temporary contract (CDD 7 months). Reporting to Controlling Topline Africa & DNAO Finance Director, you will be responsible to consolidate & animate ELN Africa Results through monthly closings & Rolling Forecast with the support of the local finance community based in the Africa Clusters. You have to manage cash & landing for a legal entity and operational entity. You are in interaction with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Africa, the Worlwide business Unit (WBU) Specialized Nutrition and the french finance shared service (CBS). You manage a team of 4 people. 

This temporary role is based in Limonest - in the Africa SBU - Lyon office.

YOUR JOB

Part of your job is the DNAO legal entity Finance Management : 
Realize monthly Closing & Rolling Forecast (P&L) with your team of 4 people
Perform ELNA BS & Cash Flow forecast & landing
Animate ELNA Central Costs with other Central departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, HR...)
Liaise with France CBS for all legal entities requirements (accounting, Tax, audits..)
Follow up CAPEX

Other part of the job is the Animation of ELNA Financial Results : 
Consolidate & Animate ELNA Clusters Financials
Animate ELNA Topline reconciliation with Central Supply chain & Clusters
Follow the innovation Project Portfolio through ELNA LIM attendance
Liaise with SN WWBU for ELN Africa topics (Operations, Tax topics link with transfer Price methodology)
Animation of Finance with other Direction
Support ELNA cluster on Transversal Projects

ABOUT YOU

Education : Master degree in Finance or in Business Administration
Experience : Minimum 9 years of experience in business ontrolling, ideally in the FMCG industry and in management 
Language : French & English
Software : Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point), SAP, BI and Reporting system experience appreciated (Essbase/Smartview, (BPC, Magnitude)
