The Evian Volvic Worldwide (EVW) General Secretary is looking his/her Sustainability Engagement Manager.

She/He is in charge of developing and protecting our brands and category's reputation while ensuring sustainable business growth, more specifically on health and planet key challenges.

This mission includes driving sustainability priorities for the business, communication in term of social responsibility; engaging sustainability stakeholders such as NGOs, KOLs...

ABOUT THE JOB

You will ensure CBUs build stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy to build and deliver the appropriate message to each target, define the right level of engagement, ensuring globally consistency on EVW positions.

You main responsability is :
• Based on materiality analysis and stakeholder mappings, identify, build and animate the full scope of key stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of EVW positions and statements on sustainability (Health and Planet)
• Ensure full alignment with Corporate & Waters WBU
• Coordinate with EU Sustainability and Public Affairs teams
• Support marketing, operations and sales teams on shaping the mid and long term sustainability strategy, upgrading current commitments and partnerships such as the sales programs with Livelihoods, carbon neutrality certification, circularity partners,....
• Support the brands central marketing teams on long term strategy and the operations team on the sustainability roadmaps
• Animating relevant steercos
• Supervise sustainability audits
• Ongoing management of BSR membership
• Support on potential reputational / credibility challenges

The current specific project/tasks :
• Lead 2020 SEV BCorp Certification
• Oversee 2022 BCorp roadmap for EVW entities
• Management of BSR membership
• Co-build Volvic Sustainability Strategy
• Animate Evian and Volvic Sustainability CODIs
• Monitor and accelerate Evian and Volvic sustainability agendas

ABOUT YOU

You have 3 or 4 years of experience minimum with significant sustainability experience in a top line function & in project management.

You have :
• Solid external and internal network building capabilities
• High sensitivity to sustainability, nature, social business matters
• Ability to manage, empower and make grow different expert teams
• Solid abilities to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, Business acumen & collaborative mindset and attitude
You are fluent in English (French is a plus).
