DANONE SA in WBS GS is looking for Corporate Internal Communication Manager - M/F in Paris.

Within the General Secretary team, Corporate Internal Communication has the mission to support the company strategy and transformation by bringing meaning to Danoners, by feeding a common and shared culture and by leveraging all the transformational projects. Corporate Internal Communication is part of the Corporate Affairs department and works in close relation with the external communication teams, with HR and with many other departments. Corporate Internal Communication provides comprehensive communication plans on global topics and animates the network of Internal Communication specialists.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

 

Your main responsabilities are :

 

1- Organize the annual event for all Danone employees worldwide - Danone Day
  a. Lead the core team and animate the steering committee
  b. Develop the design of the event based on the company's strategy and previous editions' good practices
  c. Manage and stay within the budget
  d. Animate the international Internal Communication network: through the dedicated group on Workplace and during the regular calls, develop guidelines for the organization of local events, follow up the progress of the organization in clusters.
  e. Develop a communication plan and communication toolkits ; Develop the toolkit for GMs worldwide
  f.  Manage the suppliers and communications agencies
  g. Build the post event satisfaction survey for relevant populations and prepare the after event summaries

2- Lead the Volunteering Month
Animate the international Internal Communication network: through the dedicated group on Workplace and during the regular calls, develop guidelines for the organization of local events, follow up the progress of the organization tin clusters and prepare the after event summaries.

3- Lead the large-scale communications project on how to effectively communicate to factory population (non-connected Danoners)
a. Map the factory population worldwide (gender, age, geographies)
b. Consult (qualitatively and quantitatively) relevant populations - divisions' and clusters communications teams, factory directors and HR.
c. Benchmark with French and international companies
d. Propose the recommendation and implementation plan

4- Build communication plans on key topics: BCorp, Sustainability, and other communication topics depending on the priorization of the company in a close collaboration with the topic owners.

5- Foster the product and business culture by leveraging relevant Waters division news in close cooperation with Waters communications teams.

The Corporate Internal Communications Manager will work closely with his / her team leader and will be in constant interaction with several teams, including, among other: General Secretary, Corporate Communications Directors (including Worldwide Business Units teams), Cluster Head of Communications/Internal Communications, HR community, Sustainability team & Waters division team

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You are graduated in communication with min 6 years of Communication experience (internal, external, public affairs...)

You have high communication skills and at ease in an international environment and intercultural communications
You are proactive, autonomous, impactful and able to influence
Mastering French and English is key (50% of the mission is in English). International background is a plus.
