WELCOMING ASSISTANT (ENGLISH SPEAKER) à Paris

Ce que vous allez faire

W Management International is now hiring a Welcoming Assistant to help with afternoon checkins in Paris. We need a driven, energetic and young individual who is self-motivated to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment. No two days on the job will be the same! It is a great opportunity to practice your English, meet new people and visit beautiful properties.

  • Welcoming and checking in our guests from all around the world into their vacation rental.
  • Going over the apartment with the guests, providing them with information on apartment appliances, check out procedure, providing tips on Paris, etc.
  • Keeping a peaceful environment for the building residents, during the reception of the guests to the property.

Ce qu'on vous propose

  • Rotating schedule – 5 days on, 1 day off, 6 days on, 2 days off
  • Salary: 1,100.00€ to 1,300.00€ /month
  • Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Ce qu'on vous demande:

  • Pas de diplôme requis
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be comfortable conversing in English
  • Good attitude and friendly disposition
  • Willingness to accept responsibility,
  • Flexible, with afternoon availability
  • Good knowledge of Parisian sights and transport systems
  • Customer service experience would be a plus
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
