Because 2 billion people have limited access to financial services in developing markets, we created an application using smartphone data to build an instant credit score and give loans to individuals & small businesses (operating in Nigeria). Our vision: With new financial services & new markets, we aspire to become the leading mobile bank of Emerging Markets. Backed by European & American investors (€4M raised in equity/debt after just one year!), with a team of 20 people between Paris, France and Lagos, Nigeria, and over 150,000 loans disbursed, we hire smart and ambitious team members to make our vision a reality for millions of people in Africa and South-East Asia

Driving execution of user acquisition campaigns that support our growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements by close cooperation with the CPO (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, …) Working with copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved Defining the strategy across paid social media channels, its execution and creative testing Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, optimization and reporting Working to build a strong positioning via technical SEO/ASO and handle the management of our communication supports (website, …) to enhance organic growth

Education: You have studied marketing, engineering, business, economics, engineering or another business-related degree on a top business school You have a strong track record in paid marketing (3-5 years) in a fast-growing startup company. SEO/ASO is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to get hands dirty at all times. Data-driven and KPI-oriented approach to maximize the efficiency of all the operations Hungry and motivated to work in a highly dynamic environment. In love with our mission to enhance access to finance for the underbanked Fluent in English any other language (French/Arabic/Spanish) is a plus
