| Directly manages the Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Managers and the Banquet Set-Up Manager in the Food & Beverage Department of Talking Stick Resort. Directs and coordinates activities of food and beverage personnel and service in the front of the house restaurants and beverage outlets as they relate to multi-sites of the casino operation. Manages staff, products, services and financial results of pricing structures and budget goals. Ensures excellent customer service. |
