Assignment
The goal of the assignment is evaluate the long term strategy of LexisNexis Benelux by conducting thorough market research on the Dutch (existing/mature) and Belgium (new/growth) market. Based on this research the long term Strategy of LexisNexis Benelux will be evaluated and suggestions for adjustments will be made.

As part of the assignment the following components need to be filled in:
- External analysis (market definition, size and segmentation; market dynamics; competitive dynamics (by segment & by player); customer dynamics (content and software requirements)
- Internal analysis (product portfolio, organisation & financial analysis)
- SWOT, Strategic evaluation and direction
- STP: Segmenting, Targeting & Positioning (per target market)
- Marketing mix & implementation plan
