Responsibilities

Under the responsibilities of a senior community manager, you’ll be trained to the community manager profession. During this time, you will be in charge of the day to day communication with the players through online channels and promote our brand in order to instill a sense of loyalty towards the games and services:

• Write / Translate communications for your community 
  
• Manage Social Media channels : Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or more 
  
• Localize and manage in game events for your community 
  
• Take in charge customer support on social media channels 
  
• Produce document users' feedback and suggestions through detailed reports 
  

• Native of English or German 
  
• Good knowledge of French 
  
• Excellent writing and communication skill in English or German mainly; 
  
• Knowledge in social media and social game 
  
• Must have a great affinity with people, both in the workplace and within the community of players 
  
• Familiar with internet-based application & web/forum technologies 
  
• An experience as a Forum Moderator or as a Community Manager is a plus (in the gaming industry is another plus)
